    Looks like Memory speed has more affect than size. I think DDR400 will definitely raise the score.

    I still think decent score for Integrated Video. :)

    how do your force it to 16 bit? is that a global setting?

    It is the setting in 3DMark2001SE for bench mark setting. It is in "Display and CPU Settings" on top right.

    There is a button "Change" , click on that. The popup dialog box has the option to change Resolution and color dept. (It gives several options)

    Default setting is 1024x768@32 bit, I changed that to 16 bit 1024x768@16 bit. Left everything to default.

    Here are scores after I upgraded memory to 1GB Corsair DDR400 CAS3 1T and 128MB shared.

    At default 3DMark settings(ie 1024x768 32bit)
