Doesn't seem to apply to the envy line. Great deal otherwise though.

 

Maybe its too early to use it yet. Have you tried to apply it to another HP laptop?

Also, when its in effect you should CALL HP and use it that way. Many of us here, have been successful in using coupon codes for other systems on the Envy....just need a good sales rep. Anyway, let me check the email, I don't think it said you can't use it on an Envy.

That is a lot of exculsions for a print that says ALL HP LAPTOPS... So missleading.... Sorry, but still, its been done before. Call HP and try to get a cool rep to honor the coupon... All I can say is, good luck.

P.S. Guess its good on the DV7tqe, and the 6, lol are they having a hard time selling those? I know several guys already defected to the Envy side! Gotta have that HD 1080p display...we understand....

I didn't try to call, but that's a good idea. I tried it on an envy 14 beats and a 17 with no luck. Then I tired it on a quad edition DV6 and DV7 and it worked.

Thanks for the code though, my e-mail contained a $10 off coupon and that was it. Way to play favorites HP, haha.

 

Yeap I just posted above. Looks like its a sales tactic to sell the DV6 and DV7 but not directly saying it, lol...instead they say all, but then exclude them all except the DV series, LOL!
