    Can a 2nd hard drive be installed in a dv6500t?

    No, the dv6500t only has 1 HDD bay. The only Pavilion laptops that have 2 HDD bays are the DV9500 and the HDX models.

    You may want to look into purchasing a bigger internal HDD as a replacement and putting your OE disk into an external enclosure for extra storage.
