I have one more than 6 yr old HP Business Notebook, NC4010, lately I got one DANE-ELEC SSD (INTEL x18-M SATA 80G), and like to upgrade NC4010.

    1. Mechanical form fit should be no problem ?
    2. What else I need to be careful with ? (BIOS, Driver?)

My idea is to continue to use this NC4010 to be my "Netbook" in the office, and mobility + Office/INTERNET is all I need in the office. Any suggestion ?

Unfortunately that is the problem. Your SSD is sata, but the laptop has pata connector.

You'd need a sata-to-pata adapter to use that SSD, OR buy a SSD which has a native pata connector, eg: Runcore ProIV.
