Now you can configure the 2510p with the 64GB SSD on the HP website. It is a $1,019 option. I've been eyeing the 2510P for a while now. I have hesitated because the 1.8 inch HDD is a speed bottleneck, or so I hear. I wish the 2510p came with a 2.5 inch HDD so that I install a 7,200rpm drive. (ThinkPad X60 has 2.5 inch drives) But now at least we have this SSD option, albeit very expensive. Can owners of 2510p share their experience with the 1.8 inch HDD? Does Vista run ok? Thanks.

Since the SSD drives are new, they are going to be expensive... for now. Samsung had a video on how their SSD drives compared to regular HD on a laptop when subjected to virbration.. it was pretty neat. Wished I could afford these drives.
