    Hi
I have HP Dv6-6173sf with 6770m 2GB Graphic the problem is i have tried many drivers like latest 12.11 beta 6 Unifl and AMD 12.10 but gpu upclock's only to 400MHz core not 725MHz! i have tried overclocking with After burner but not working.
i think something wrong is with power play because on battery GPU works at full power!! but when power is connected GPU goes max to 400MHz core and 216MHz memory.
Also i'm on Fixed Graphic mode in Bios

Right, if the system can't get adequate power it will downclock the video.

This doesn't make any sense. I'm suing the stock power supply that came with my dv6 and I still get this problem. Bios is on fixed mode and power plan is set to high performance.

Have you installed the drivers the right way? If you've done it wrongly, that could be a possible cause.

Here's how you would update the driver correctly.
