    Hey everyone,

I am comparing T400 with 6930p, both with dedicated video cards. Thanks to hybrid technology, the T400 can get really good battery life despite having a decent dedicated card. However, how is it with the HP laptop?

I prefer the HP's look and it's lighter with 6 cell (4.7lb vs. 5lb+ on the T400), but if the battery life is much better on the T400, it'll considerably shift my preferences.

very few people have manged to get their hands on the 6930p.

I myself await the full/semi- official review about the 6930p.

It seems that those few people who managed to get their hands on the model have some sort of demo models with few problems (demo...duh)

As the tentative schedule for actual shipping for these models is in the frame of 1st-2nd week october for most, very few can actually provide all the facts.

Both T400 and E6400 have problems that are surfacing, and that is what is preventing me from buying one of these (6930p, T400, E6400) before i get to see all official reviews and then choose the one with least issues (at least that get voiced :p )

That's with the dedicated graphics though. With the intel integrated graphics, it should get 5 hours+ .. I hope so anyway

It starts at 4.7 lbs with a 4 cell battery and weight saver, I will get bored to repeat that sooner or later I guess. (T400 and E6400 are also offered with the same weight saving options in case you're interested. :p)

Have considered the Latitude E6400? Personally, I like its design better than the others, and it kinda bugs me that both HP and Lenovo still sell notebooks without a digital output.

And of course, you can wait for reviews...
