    Hi everyone,
    Thanks for your patience.
I have ordered a 8710P (T7300) for work. Our IT department (they run a Novell shop) want to downgrade the computer, when it comes in, to XP. It was ordered with Vista and I don't want to change anything on the order....it's taking forever as it is....
I have no objection but I was wondering if the sticky on the DVX500t is applicable or if anyone has any other advice.

    tia,
    bb

It should, really. The only complications you might run into are SATA drivers, which you can slipstream into an XP SP2 installation disc. Otherwise, that guide is pretty much universal.

    Hope this helps.

I just went though the process...it isn't that hard. I'll post a little more later on when I get my homework done.
