There are a lot of good deals on the 8710w on eBay, and it's almost exactly what I want. The thing is that I'm worried about the WUXGA resolution being too high for me. Is this a moot point with Windows 7, does the OS have some good scaling so that the resolution would be tolerable?

Anybody have any info about scaling in Windows 7?
