    Hi Guys,

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    My trusty 8730w is not keeping correct time these days, and I assume that my RTC battery needs replacing.

    I took the battery out and replaced it with a new battery, but when I boot into windows with the new battery, wireless networking is disabled.

    Do I need to buy a genuine replacement HP battery so this will not happen?

    Any tips would be great,
