    Couple questions;

    1. Do the recovery disks and the recovery partition do the same thing IE whether you start recovery from the BIOS screen or the disks you end up with a factory installed condition?

    2. When using the disks, do you just boot from disk 1 to start recovery?

    3. If I install XP 64 bit to the second hard drive, will it break QuickPlay direct? (I've read confliciting reports on this).

    Thanks!!

    Yes, they do the same thing plus the recovery discs have the capability to restore the restore partition as well(in case you deleted that).

    Yes, boot from Disc 1 and follow the prompts.
    No idea if it will work with XP 64bit. I have tried to get it working with a dual boot of Vista + XP Home & was unsuccessful.

    OK, thanks. Since Home and XP Pro 64 both use boot.ini, I'm guessing if Home didn't work, XP Pro 64 won't either :-(

    If I try it and it breaks, I'm guessing I could format D:\ and restore the default boot.ini and I'd be back to normal?

    Thanks!!
