Assuming you're getting accurate temperature readings (does HWMonitor agree?), an improperly mounted heatsink is a good guess. Cleaning off the old thermal compound with Articlean and replacing it with Arctic Silver 5 is an option. Make sure the fan is working first. If the fan is working but the exhaust isn't hot, that suggests an improperly mounted heatsink. There are other possibilities such as bad voltage regulation.
If your notebook is still under warranty you should let HP fix this. -

this is what i got today over 104C ! , the exhaust is hot but i think its not that much of blowing out , the bottom of system is really hot , like the air was going inside the laptop. im out of the states and the warranty works only in us. i will try by my self , will the ocz freeze past wil be god ? and is ther a manual to reassembly the laptop -

You can download the service manual from hp.com. Go to the downloads page for your notebook and click the Manuals link on the left-hand side.
Does HWMonitor agree with RightMark? Some monitoring apps are inaccurate.
When/if you open up the notebook check for dust clogging the CPU heatsink. Don't forget to remove the battery before opening up the notebook. -
hwmonitor shows the same so will make some bbq this weekend ... whats past is better the arctic silver 5 or new ocz freeze ?

I don't know. I've always used Arctic Silver.

ok i have just deassembly and aseembly my laptop , i used ocz freeze extreme ,ther was some dust on the heatsink , no in idle its 52-53 and around 65 in stress , what new is that the cpu 0 was warmer earlier now cpu1 is the "a bit" warm one 2-3C ...
edit
after some tests temp got in games to 86C , but still its better
