    9500 boot

    Those two Vista Updates awhile back cut my boot time in half and then half again. Boot was like 5 seconds or less (from the log in screen) But in the past 3 days the boot time has gone back to over a minute of black screen before desktop appears. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Try a defrag and check msconfig. Sounds like program buildup on your machine.
