    Mine came without the ATI sticker and the keyboard cover but I would have thrown them away anyway

    theres the ati sticker on mine yes i have the keyboard cover as u can see in the pics, Okay when I registered I was not familar w/ the keyboard so I wrote in Sou instead of Soul can I change that or no? I changed my name in control panel but folders are still Sou =(

    I finished uninstalling all the crap and now I'm slowly installing in my own software

    2nd Problem ML-37 only shows as 1.6 ghz when it is a 2.0ghz what happened?

    Are you on battery power when you're measuring that? If so, that's why. Power consumption is MUCH less at 1.6GHz than full speed. You can override that by using RMClock or CrystalCPUID to manage your speed (and undervolt) instead of the default power management.

    Most people seem to prefer RMClock. I'm still using Crystal, haven't tried RMClock.

    lol well i wanted to know exactly what I would be getting when I ordered the L2000 thats why i showed everything that was included =) I'm just sad that my name is

    C:\Document And Settings\Sou

    ^ I hit the enter before typing the L, I'm not use the keyboard, kinda makes me sad when I see it everywhere

    To remedy this problem rename the account name back to Sou then create another account with the account name Soul

    Move everything over from the Sou account (shortcuts, favorites, my documents, desktop, etc.) to the Soul account and delete the Sou account.

    wow. sweet notebook. i too am also getting one. i'm just waiting until february to get it. hoping for prices to go down then. what are the specs Soul and how much did you pay?

    also, what's in the other box? i'm guessing..... a mouse and an external HDD.

    There is a way to change the name registration but of course I cannot remember how to do it right now. I've done it before and I believe it is done in the registry...

    Notebooks don't really seem to drop that much, I saw this in August and the prices seemed the same. Another question I highlighted all the files in C:\ and I looked and I only used 3gbs however it seems my hard drive uses 8gbs, where is the rest, its on reserve by why?

    changing name doesnt change the folders, so i just created a new account and deleted my old one now i have to waste another 30 mins resetting up the stuff (there goes the thirty mins i was going to use to study for finals) the mouse cost $50 from newegg, i love the 4 sided sensor, no more wheel =D lol

    I don't see anything wrong with that...

    But anyways, dude, you got a lot of stuff to come with your laptop I'm impressed. I wish I had more RAM, a Laptop cooler, and that awesome mouse. Do you use Firefox? cause I can only assume the little plate thing is a pain cause you can't do that middle click thingy.

    Middle plate? You mean of the mouse? I think thats the best part, its a 4 way sensor based on the ipod wheel sensor technology. Its great cause it makes the same noise as a wheel mouse does when you roll over it =), it scrolls <--- ----> and up and down =D

    Whats wrong w/ lance armstrong?

    I wish I had the money to get an external and another stick of 1gb lol so it would be both DDR400. I use Avant Browser but I'm going to install firefox too. I still havent installed all the programs I wanted to. I was busy clearing it out and sorta trying to study for finals but this distracted me lol
