This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Maybe everybody here already already uses this but fatwallet.com has a partnership with HP to where if you purchase anything from HP via fatwallet.com, you'll get 3% cash back.

    The way Fatwallet works is that you go to their website, click on a link to an online store, and based on their agreement, they'll give you either a dollar amount or a small percentage back on your purchase. Although 3% isn't much, it's better than nothing right?

    I've been looking for a good deal on HP for a while. Been eyeing the dv6500t. Now that HP has the 30% off code, I'll definitely combine that with fatwallet to get the maximum savings possible.

    Hope this helps someone save a dollar or two.
