    A vista capable software to play FLV files?

    hello everyone! this is my first post in here! yesterday i got my beautiful hp pavilion dv 6281 and im loving it! im on windows vista and i have a little problem. i usually play loads of FLV videos and on my new notebook it doesnt seem to work. i think its because of vista? on windows xp i used to play them with VLC player. i installed it but it doesnt seem to work.
    anyone can help? thanks in advance xx
