I was looking at some AMD processors for an HP dv6z and wanted to know what does the:

    "AMD Turion(TM) X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile Processor ZM-85 (2.3GHz, 2MB L2 Cache)"

equal to in performance to a intel core 2 duo processor? T6500 ?

    thanks!

Roughly (but really roughly) may be near T6400.

WOW, you would think being the "Ultra" model, 2MB L2 cache, 2.3ghz ZM-85, it could be somewhat in the T6500 ball park. But I gues t6400 and t6500, are close enough anyway....boy it must be tough being an AMD processor.
