So I recently bought an HP Dm4t with the following specs:

    Core i5
    6gb Ram
    500gb HDD
    ATI radeon mobility 6370m

Since I didn't want all the bloatware I decided to install a fresh copy of windows 7. I downloaded all the drivers from the HP website, and all went well except for the video card. The Intel HD graphics drivers installed fine, but no matter what I do I cannot get the ATI one installed. I tried getting it from ATI, I tried manually updating the drivers from the device manager. I'm starting to go nuts, I read online something about changin an .inf file.

Please if anyone could help, it would be highy appreciated.

    Here's my speccy snapshot:

    Thanks!

The driver you need to download from HP's support page is not the Intel only driver but the ATI driver with intel built in. You'll see it as a separate download on the same page in the same category. I just did a fresh install on a DM4t-2000 so I know it is there, just keep looking for it.

My fresh install went fine, but I can't get bluetooth to work. I don't think it's really that important so I'm probably just going to let it slide for a while. You can easily get the graphics to work though, just gotta find the right driver. If you can't find it still tell your full model number and I'll just link you right to the proper download page for the driver you need, ok?
