I recently tried installing the ATI Tools on my zv6000 and am having a wierd issue. The installation went fine. The program seems to be running in the taskbar, but when I right click to get the options it disappears. I can restart it, but everytime I try to use it it disappears again. I tried rebooting and everything. No dice. Does HP/ATI have some kind of "patch" that prevents you from running the ATI Tools?? I installed them to try and bump the clock settings on the chip up to where they should be. ATI Tools runs fine on my Desktop (Homebuilt). TIA!!

    Thanks,
    Snyperx

Did you uninstall the old control panels and drivers first? Best to uninstall all things ATI and then reinstall the new drivers and the rest.

I thought the only drivers that worked were from HP? ATI doesn't supply drivers for the mobile chips do they? Also, the ATI Tools is only an addtion. I use it at home on my Desktop and it works fine with the normal Control Center.

    Thanks,
