I would like to request 2 things from owners of dv2000t variant models w/a 12 cell battery:

    1) would you please weigh the laptop on its own w/the 12cell battery in? (please do not weight it while its in your laptop backpack/case/sleeve

    2) could you also please take top view and side profile view pictures so that i can see how far it protrudes?

thank you very much! current i have a dv6000t that i am ditching for a dv2000t (should be here friday!) and im contemplating ditching the enhanced 6cell for a full 12cell :D

I don't have mine yet, but try going to the HP website. They give you a weight quote, and they have pictures up (including a video that has some differently-angled shots with the 12-cell.)

nah HP's site isnt really helping. i am pretty satisfied w/the enhanced 6cell batt i opted for with the dv2000t though as the dv2000t already uses less batt compared to the dv6000t and now i have 16% more batt.

its pretty good so far, ~3+ hrs
