So guys, I want to get a new laptop with my accidental warranty. Does anyone know the details in which HP covers? Some of my cosmetics is scratched up, would they change that if I were to send it in with a big "accidental" damage?

I don't know about HP, but if you were them, would you replace a laptop because it has scratches? No! Warranty is mostly for hardware failure and for when the frame of the laptop is in a terrible position. Scratches won't cover it, unless its a big gash thats affecting your productivity :)

You can probably accidentally damage whatever part you want to replace (a scratch is not worthy), but if you're going to pull schemes like that, plan it through incase it fails. Read HPs terms, call them up, chat with them, etc etc. I would normally say why abuse the warranty and con them like that, but Im just surprised companies even offer "accidental" coverage since most of the time they wont have proof whether it was purposeful or not.

Well, I just want to make use of the warranty that I paid for. It's not my fault that I might get pushed tomorrow and fall on my back with my laptop in my back pack.

You did not pay to guarantee to use your warranty. You paid to -possibly- use it in case you have to. Like I said, if someone pushed you in to a car and your shoes went flying and your laptop ended up in some old ladies temple, both broken, they have no proof you're lying or not.

I suggest you keep it to yourself.

What ^ said. Not only that, but you guys are dumb enough to actually post this info on here. You're already guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud.
