I had a recent catastrophic event happen with my laptop. My nephew accidently spilled soda on my keyboard and now it won't turn on! :(

My question is--what do I do now? I did (thankfully) purchase accident coverage..but how good are they about it? Is it a real pain to get it taken care of?

Another thing--What is the replacement policy? Will I get the exact same specs that I have now? I don't want anything less.

How do I start this process as well?

Sorry for all the questions. But this is a first for me.

    Thanks for any help.
    Amy

Speak to HP customer service and find out. I'm sure ADP would cover your damage.
