Adding a WWAN card to the Envy 14?

I may be getting a huge promotion in work (like, part owner of a small business - HUGE promotion ), but with more pay comes more responsibility, and I will need to have Internet access even while on the road. I already have a smartphone, but it just doesn't cut it when you need to write a lengthy email or use a keyboard / mouse.

So, my options are to either use a 3G / 4G external USB modem or add a WWAN (Mobile Broadband) card to my Envy 14. The internal card would be preferable, since it won't take up one of our precious USB ports (and considering I use a mouse and external eSATAp hard drive, USB slots are a rare commodity).

Anyway, my questions are:

1. What WWAN card should I buy? The Maintenance and Service guide lists spare part number 531993-001, which gave me this picture: 531993-001. I can't find a price on their spare parts website though.

2. Are there any non-HP WWAN cards that will work? If someone could link to one on Amazon or Newegg that will definitely work in the Envy 14, I'd be very grateful.

3. These WWAN cards will work with Verizon's 3G service, correct? I'd like to get a plan through them (since that's where my cell is) rather than AT&T.

HP whitelists devices in the BIOS, so you can only use HP's WWAN card.

Also, non-WWAN devices don't have the antenna installed in the display. It will be very hard to find a suitable antenna and install it.

Ohh, didn't know that. The 3G / 4G USB modem is sounding better and better.
