Hi everyone, I owned i Pavillion 9500t CTO and want to add a new HDD, mine has a SATA 2.5" disk and I noticed that the one I have installed uses a Connector for pluggin in. I was wondering if this connector is standard and if it will come with my SATA disk when I purchase it or I have to purchase the connector separately, and if so, where can I get it.
Thank you all!!

Just re-use the one from your old drives, that's what I did when I installed a pair of Hitachi 7k200 drives. No need to replace them unless you broke them.
If you need to buy a new drive carrier / connector, you have to buy it from HP - it is specific to the notebook, not an industry standard part. -
First of all, did u buy the laptop with one or two drives? if two then simply remove the drive bay connector from the drive you are replacing and install it in the new drive. if you bought it with only one drive then you have to contact HP and get the drive bay off them as it is proprietary connector that only HP sell. You might find one on ebay for cheap though cuz when you buy a normal SATA notebook drive it does not come with this.
