    Can somebody tell me how to open the bottom of the laptop so i can add my ssd drive? dunno why hp had to make this complicated by removing the screws.

    Well what laptop is it?
    most laptops are easy to open up just remOve the screws

    there are no screws(thats the problem). I just got it today, it is a DV7T

    If there a caddy in the second HDD bay on DV7 6100.
    Or we ahve to buy one with the cable?
