I am trying to use the HDMI out on my HP 9235nr. It works fine for the most part, but it cuts off a good portion of all the screen edges. So i cant see a portion of the taskbar, and when things are maximized i cant see the title bar. same goes for the sides of the screen.
It does this regardless of which resolution I pick, is there a way to adjust the screen size and position under vista with nVidiia 7600go? My PC had a very similar problem but I was able to fix it using a mixture of custom resolution (approx 1776x1000 if I remember correctly) and Catalyst control center screen adjust options.
My TV does not have any built in options for this either so it would have to be on the laptop. Even a 3rd party application to fix it would be nice.

You might have to adjust the settings at the monitor's end of things.
