I have been using the msconfig menu to change some start up programs and for the past few weeks since I received my hp, it has said error I am not signed in as Administrator.
    Why?
I have only one user account. I am always admin. The changes are made, I think, when I change them in msconfig but it is bothering me that the error keeps coming up.
I had another issue related to administrator at another time. I would like to solve this.
Anyone with the same issues? Any help?
    Thanks

Try starting up in Safe Mode. There is a top admin account that only shows in safe mode.
