What are some alternatvies to the V4000T? It doesn't have to be HP, any company, but with all of the same specs...The only thing that I will alow to be different is the dimensions and weight (since obviouslly those will vary).

Nothing really - I think that the V4000t is the cheapest gaming notebook out there.

Oh - well then there's a ton of other notebooks out there:

    1. Acer Ferrari 4005
    2. Asus Z70va
    3. W2V (larger screen - 17" and has a different profile, but has almost the same hardware)
    4. HP Pavilion dv4000
    5. MSI-1029

AMDvsIntel has done a good job covering the options, but you really should take this question to the Hardware forum. This is more for HP-specific issues.... You'll get more opinions and answers in the general Hardware forum, I think.

Acer Ferrari 4005 has a Turion, Asus Z70va doesn't have a glossy screen, w2V has a 17" screen, and MSI-1029 also has a Turion processor. When I said same specs, I meant it lol :p
