    Hi all,

I just bought a new Envy 13 from HP (although the same might apply to the 1 / 15 / 17) and have an annoying keyboard problem. When I press shift + M, nothing happens. The M key works fine on its own, Caps Lock + M works fine, and shift + any other letter also works fine. It's literaly just shift + M that doesn't work.

Any idea what might be causing this? As I'm still in the returns period, should I just pack the laptop straight back to HP?

This should NOT be happening. If reinstalling the keyboard driver doesn't work, I suggest you return/replace your 13.

It's not a bad keyboard cable because otherwise more keys wouldn't be working.
