I have a dv2500t. My webcam was working fine when i first got it a couple months ago, but then i noticed it stopped. whenever i tried to use any program it said that my camera was in use by another program. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the camera from device manager but the only drivers i can find are in c:\windows\system32 which is the generic windows usb camera drivers. There are no webcam drivers on the HP support page... I also saw the posts for the workaround using the acer webcam drivers. I did that and now whenever a prgram accesses my camera it connects and the little camera light turns on but the image is black. i turned up brightness and contrast, etc to see if it was jsut a setting but no luck. can ANYONE help???? i am runnin windows vista ulitmate
