This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    HP cut down Compaq V3000z/t and V6000z prices again. $780+ or $850+
    DV6000z and DV2000t also got price cut.
    Guys, you can refund your extra pay now.

    AMD answer Intel Merom's call. ;)

    Good heads up, but the price is about what it was a couple weeks ago before they changed the deal to the DVD upgrade. Try to wait another couple weeeks for merom! and it looks like the 2000t has some bugs according to experiences here
