I own an HP HDX 1050EE laptop. I am facing a problem while using the in-built TV tuner. The HP Media Smart TV software doent give any options in the menu other than " about " . No way to select source or anything. I tried after connecting the antenna that came bundled with the laptop as well as after connecting a cable line. My drivers are up-to-date. I will be most grateful for any suggestions on how to get it to work ..

Any suggestions on alternate software with which I can view TV with the inbuilt TV Tuner card are also most welcome.

    Thanks

Okay people... I seem to have done something to make matters even worse. This driver that I downloaded of HP.com required me to uniinstall HP MediaSmart TV and then reinstalled as a part of the update process. The uninstall happened but after that an error appears that HP MediaSmart can only be installed on a HP computer. Thus I have lost any and all software to run my inbuilt TV Tuner . Any way to recover MediaSmart TV or any other software that will work with my comp?? Suggestions please
