Does anyone have a good way to OC this laptop other than using ClockGen? I am basically wondering if there is a BIOS option. I know there are some OC guides out there, but this laptop is almost 3 years old, and as far as I can tell does not have an option in the BIOS. Also, my proc is the T2600, not the one is this review, but other than that exactly the same. I am looking to play around with this because it is old and I dont care too much if I fry it since my new hotness is on the way. (see sig)

    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Insyde Bios... ????

If so... some Sony people have un-commpressed some of the code.. but not a lot of headway.. the HDX crowd has been looking for a while... if its not insyde Bios sorry to bother you..

But if you have any luck please post for the benefit of the other HP owners..

Thanks in advance for any time and effort and good luck, JW

I dont think its Insyde BIOS. I dont have it with me right now, so I can't check. And I lied (accidently) it has the T7400 C2D (the other 2.16Ghz proc offered on that model.)
