I can't figure out a way to make the battery time remaining display for the dv9000. Is there anyway to have it show up? I've tried a windows gadget that supports timer display but in the threads where people said they couldn't work, the author of the gadget said it relies on windows data.
If windows is unable to retrieve that data to begin with it won't display it. Is this just a hardware oversight on HP's part? thanks.

1) Check to see if all your drivers are installed properly
2) Use NHC instead. It offers so many features not found on windows -
From what I understand, NHC does not work on Vista and has caused some nasty crashes for others. Has this changed?
I'll check into the driver issue - I figured they'd have the latest drivers installed off the bat for the battery. -
NHC website doesnt have any mention of vista support or a newer version for vista

To the origional poster...
search Yahoo Widgets. I use " system dashboard-battery monitor". I also use their CPU meter and the RAM meter. -
NHC does not work with Vista -
I second that, NHC does not work with VISTA
Any way to display battery time left?
