Just out of curiosity, I wonder how many people have had defective notebooks from HP. I personally have had 3, twice of dead pixel, once NIC port on a Presario R3000Z CTO model. Maybe some people think that I'm crazy, but I did placed the fourth order (no urgent need for the computer right now, but consistent problems did piss me off). And the one I just received had a noisy optical drive and loose right-click button on the touchpad as well besides the dead pixel. I just want to see if they can really send out something as what they claim to be "very low rate of defects", or just me having bad luck all the time. Thank you guys!

I got my R3000z on Tuesday and don't have any problems...however I haven't checked all of the ports yet.

Sorry to make changes to your poll, Wigner, but you did not include an option for no problems at all. I just smushed keyboard and touchpad together.

Any HP notebook owner can cast your opinion here, although I am only having problem with the R3000Z. Seems that their quality control is really doing a bad job.
