Just got my DV9000t and I noticed a rattle if a tap lightly on the matel skin on either side of the touch pad. The rattle goes away if I put slight presure on the metal skin on the left side of the touchpad. I was wondering if anybody else had this?

    (First post, hello!)

I have the rattle you're talking about i think in my 9500t.

I've noticed it's from the latching mechanism. Try putting a tool in the left latch and lightly touching the latch so you're not touching anything else and see if that stops it. I'm still deciding how i'm going to fix it....
