    Anyone Know how to reinstall Quickplay?

    I tried to reinstall it seperating enough Megabytes, however when I start either dvd or music quickplay it just stalls at the quick play screen. I am planning to format my computer soon anyways so any suggestions for my next partition and installation.

    It won't work on a Dell Inspiron 8600. If you have an HP, then you should have been given the disks to install it. The owner's manual shows how to install this.
