Idk 5 years and millions of dollars to develop a side scroller? Seems kinda anti climactic.

I sort of want to try it, but it's hard to plunk down $60 for a game these days without feeling guilty. Wish there was a demo or something, but I know that's not Blizzard's MO.

There's so many things in D3 that is missing, that should be there for a sequel to D1, D2. Lot of the anims and gfx are taken from WoW.

D3 is the Jar-Jar Binks of sequels, in Diablo.

Quite funny you should write about this in a forum like this. :D

Lol I was hoping blizzard had something better up its sleeeve. If I want a wow clone I will go to the source. I prefer sanboxes but I'll drink the koolaid if it means a flawless game play experience.

IMHO the only true sandbox is runescape. I've spent many hours Googling sandbox games and tried dozens. Most "sandboxes" are full of cement not sand. Try fallen earth though. Not a total sandbox but the game play is fun.and.free.

I played Fallen Earth day of launch, with about 4-6 friends, for a month or two. Best sandbox IMHO was SWG Pre-CU (28 June 2003 - April 26-28 2005). ;)

Damn HP, get your straight. Next time make Diablo IV good, like your Envy line.
