    ok so i have this wallpaper, i guess its the default one?
    anyways this wallpaper flashes right after bootup, and before the welcome screen, then it goes to my own wallpaper. any idea on how to change the first wallpaper? without windows blinds?

    Have a look on google on how to change logon wallpaper or welcome wallpaper. I can't remember which one is which!
