    Ill have a new 8710w
    When i using the disc drive for installing programs there are on dvds i have no problem and when i play games on dvd disc the are also no problems.
    But when i what to watch a dvd movie the picure are blinking, am i missing a driver?

    I don't have an answer for you, but was hoping you could tell me what you think of your 8710w. I was thinking of getting run to run Pro/Engineer, do you use it for running CAD software? The alternative is a Dell M6300.
