My system came with Vista Home Premium preinstalled... which Anytime Upgrade DVD should I buy?

I want to start over fresh without all the crapware that came with the system when I first started using it. Will this DVD do that for me? I'm sorry if this post is answered somewhere else but I just couldn't find a post that answered my exact questions

If this dvd will give me a clean installation of vista... exactly how clean will it be?... Like, will I be missing files I'll actually need? and will this dvd be all I'd need to be if I just want a clean fresh vista? I won't need to burn a restoration dvd then, right?

Stop starting new threads with the same relative topic. Read the stickies. Orev's guide covers it in full detail.
