    I read about Synaptics Gesture Suite (SGS 9.1) supporting advanced gestures with trackpad on a blog today, and its really interesting. What I dont understand is that if this technology is for future Synaptics trackpads or it can work with current trackpads also? I have synaptics trackpad in my dv6700 and I am currently using Synaptics Touchpad V6.3 with driver version 12.2.8.1. Can I use these advanced gestures?

    SGS is still firmware dependant... So nope.
