    HP ENVY dv6-7250ca Notebook PC-Canada - English localization - HP Shopping.CA
    HP Envy dv6-7250CA 15.6-Inch Laptop, Windows 8, i7-3630QM, 8GB DDR3 SDRAM, 750GB 5400RPM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M (Midnight Black): Amazon.ca: Electronics

The specs and it looks exactly the same and they have both have the same name. However, if you look at the pictures on Amazon it have the word pavilion on it inestead of Envy.

I try searching for for Envy 16v on this forum and nothing seems to fit however if I look at the Pavilion section of the fourm there is a mdoel that looks exactly like it.

So are they the same laptop or no? Or is it just the name is different in Canada? I live in Canada so I am looking at the HP Canada website. Thanks!

Yes, except the latest Pavilion was rebadged ENVY. If the model number is 7200+ it is an ENVY rebadged Pavilion.

Pavilions changed their names to ENVY when the ENVY 15t-3200 and 17t-3200 were discontinued. They are nothing to be ENVIOUS about as they are really Pavilions!
