I currently have two brand new DV6000z's straight from the factory.
Both have backlight flickering when it is in battery mode and at its lowest brightness. This could be a potential flaw. Do any other DV6000z owners experience this problem? BTW, the first laptop screen is manufactured by Chi Mei, the other Quanta.

I used Lavalys' Everest 4.0, under the monitors section.

Anyone have this issue? Test it out, use the laptop in battery mode at its lowest brightness.
