I have bought this laptop for about 6 months ago. When I had it for the first 2 months the audio device stop working be itself. So, I went back and they traded me a new computer. Four months later, the new one is acting the same way. I can't control my volume or mute the sound by using the launch botton. I am wondering if any other user with this same model has the same problem? Or any one knows how to fix this? Help please...

Have you allowed Windows Update to update your audio driver? Don't. Try reinstalling the official driver released from HP and see if that fixes the issue.
