I own a DV7t-2000 CTO with Windows Vista Home premium OEMACT 64 bit OS installed in it, I bought this notebook when I was in USA, and currently I am in India. I bought it somewhere around august 2009, it was running great, good for gaming and watching movies until recently I was slapped with this BLUE SCREEN OF DEARTH

The notebook keeps on restarting on startup, it flashes a blue screen after the Microsoft Windows loading screen appears and then the notebook restarts. I could not read the blue screen error, then I choose the option Disable restart on System Failure from advanced options by pressing F8 while booting, it then stopped at the blue screen flashing the following error

STOP: C00021a (Fatal System Error) the windows Subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly blah…blah.

I tried using the System recovery tool by pressing Esc while booting and pressing F11, after the initial backup process as soon as it starts the recovery process it throws me another blue screen with the following error

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON PAGED_AREA

I am guessing that it’s not a hardware issue as the notebook passed the memory test and the hard drive test.

I also tried doing the following:
    Start windows in safe mode
    Reseating the RAM
    Hard Reset
    System restore and System recovery

But none of them worked. I don’t have the recovery disc or Vista DVD with me to reinstall the OS. My laptop is under warranty, but there is no support for it in India. I contacted the US customer care but they asked me to ship the notebook to US which I don’t want to do unless there are no other options. Please help me.
