I just received a BSOD while playing NFS Pro Street. There could be two reasons according to me.

    1. Temperature being high. Although the processor temps were at a moderate 65 C, however the GPU temps touched 101 C just an hour ago when I was playing!

    2. Undervolting could be the other cause. I recently undervolted my Laptop. I ran the Orthos test for 40 minutes then but as of now I have just been playing the game for about 20-25 minutes.

Could anybody please explain what happened here so that I can avoid a BSOD again by rectifying the problem?

Also it would be great if someone could highlight the general temperatures of the GPU that I am using!

    Thanks.

Its unlikely that it was the undervolting because you sucessfully did a full cpu load test for 40mins but to be on the safe side, put your 12x multiplier voltage a little higher.

Your GPU temps is what might have caused this, 101c is quite high

Is there a way to undervolt a GPU or am I stuck with the fact that I can play the game?
