    Battery Management Utility?

    OK, I have been battling the different options for battery management software. I think I'll leave it up to the board.


    Which battery management program do you use and more importantly why?

    Alright someone out there uses a program to conserve their battery.... Please fill me in?

    Because it's good and I prefer it to Notebook hardware control

    RDTigger, I hope this answer your PM.

    I am using RMClock now because it's less resource-hungry than NHC, and you don't have to install .NET 2.0 as required in NHC. RMClock doesn't display the battery remaining time in systray nor the percentage.

    I think NHC works better and looks cooler, but RMClock is less resource-hungry. Take your pick, both are excellent choices.

    which would be better for a dv6000? is NHC even compatible with it?
