    Battery Only Charges After removed

    MY Compaq notebook's battery will only charge if I remove it and reinsert it. Is the battery defective or something on PC?

    ??? Give a try.Let the batt fully discharge.Reinsert batt and charge it>>See what happens.

    1.How old the batt is? Chance it somehow is junked.
    2.Do u know a friend that has the same lap as yours?.Could try to use
    his batt and see what happens.
    3.Other than that it is ??????
