    hi guys
    i am littrally between the pavillion dv6 and the envy...

    is their any real solution to get the maximuim juice out of the dv6 ? and whats the max i should expect for regular ( wifi , word ) usage

    If I put mine on the Intel graphics chip, power-saver battery setting, and quietest mode in coolsense, I can get a solid 5 hours of use.. so like 3 hours of viewing powerpoint notes on it and 2 hours of solid c++ programming. And that is with the brightness relatively high and with wifi on and connected. And the machine isn't sluggish at all. And for about 1 hour of that coding time I have atleast some kind of virtual machine running (usually ubuntu) or sometimes if I am lazy ill just use cygwin.
